The PARTNER Scholarship (Program for Advancing Relationships through Teacher Education, Networking, and Resources) is an exciting collaboration between OUESD and Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE)'s Educator Preparation Programs department, designed to make earning a Multiple Subject and/or Mild to Moderate credential more accessible and affordable for current teachers of record. This partnership aims to break down financial barriers and open doors for aspiring educators, offering a pathway to quality teacher training at a reduced cost.

Intern Eligibility by Fall
Start now, and be intern-eligible by Fall, allowing you to work in the classroom while you complete the program.

Begin in the Spring without waiting for the traditional school year, offering more flexibility.
Expand Your Credentials
Add a Multiple Subject or MMSN credential to the Preliminary Credential for just $3,750 to increase your teaching opportunities.
Eligibility to begin:
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution (or the equivalent).
Meet the U.S. Constitution requirement.
Show you have started the process to meet the Subject Matter Requirement (either via Academic Major or show registration for the appropriate CSET exam).
