4TH & 5TH GRADE FAMILY LIFE PARENT MEETING

OUESD will be providing Comprehensive Sex Education (aka Family Life) to 4th and 5th grade students on May 23, 2025. 

We invite all 4th and 5th grade parents/guardians to learn more about the curriculum, to preview the videos and materials during a Parent Information Meeting.

Given the adult focus for the evening, please do not bring children under 10.

7TH GRADE FAMILY LIFE PARENT MEETING

OUESD offers a unit of study on sexual health for 7th grade. This unit uses up-to-date and medically accurate information to address many of the health issues students may face in their lifetime. Our School District highly recommends that all 7th graders participate in the course, but understands that values regarding this topic vary among families. The sexual health unit will be taught during science class beginning the week of May 5 through May 30, 2025. We also invite you to learn more about the curriculum and to preview the materials during a Parent Information Meeting:

Families from Delta Vista and O’Hara Park are invited to attend this meeting. Teachers and administrators will be on hand to answer any questions.
