Please use these numbers for direct tech help service instead of calling the office at your site. Please review the instructions for logging onto Classlink, Wifi Connectivity, or Hot Spot Access that you received during the text/tech distribution.
For additional assistance, we have several staff standing by to help you with your technology needs by calling the following phone numbers below. Please be patient as we may experience a high volume of calls and if you leave a message we will get back to you.

We are happy to announce that Laurel will be offering assistance to families and students with schoolwork daily through our Homework Hotline. The Hotline is available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. On Wednesdays, the Hotline is open from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Parents/Students will call the Hotline. (Hotline is 925-625-7090 at extension 4432 or 4495.)
Students should be prepared with particular questions or assignment they need help with.
Staff will ask for information to identify student, teacher, and call back number in case we loose connection.
Students will then be directed to join the meeting link based on person helping them through their teacher's Google Classroom. (Join the meeting link when directed by staff.)
Staff will assist as best as they can and may require contacting the teacher for help. Students may also receive a call back if a follow up is needed
